Self Assessment Information

NEW FOR 2021.

Our innovative team here at Advanced Accountancy have implemented a secure online web-form which can be completed in as little as 10 minutes.

Please find below a link to our Self-Assessment information request form for 2020-21 as well as our guidance notes to assist in completing the online form. This online form and guidance notes will assist you with the information we require for your self-assessment tax return this year.

With our new online form you can safely and securely;

Answer our bespoke questionnaire in relation to your self-assessment and business accounts (if applicable);

  • Upload any corresponding documents;
  • Advise us of any changes in respect of your personal and business affairs

Once the online form has been completed and submitted to us (along with the necessary information uploaded with the form) we will have the required information instantly and can then process your business accounts (if applicable) and self-assessment tax return for the year ended 5th April 2021, due to HM Revenue & Customs by 31st January 2022.

Furthermore, everything submitted on the form will be reviewed by an experienced staff member, so if you feel unsure about something then don’t worry, just provide as much information as you can.

If you do require any help with the completion of the self-assessment information request form, please contact us at 01384 271858 or via email at and we will try our best, as always, to answer any queries you may have.

Finally, the online form is accessible on a PC, mobile phone or tablet. However, if you would prefer a paper copy to be sent in the post, please do not hesitate to contact us.
